Terms & Conditions

Fees

The Client agrees to pay the provider the following fee for the above services. Services are invoiced for the year at start/eff ective date. Annual payments can be made via e-transfer to admin@svitba.org or by cheque to The Southern Vancouver Island Ten Pin Association. Monthly payments may be available, please inquire.

If Client requires changes to Platinum signage after approval within an annual term, additional costs will be incurred to the Client. Changes/Updates are permitted on the annual renewal and is included in the annual fee.

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

This agreement may be terminated at any time by either party upon written notice [email or letter format]. If Client terminates the agreement;

  • in the Platinum Sponsorship, lane signage will be immediately removed and a refund will be provided minus 1 month of months unused.
  • in the Gold Sponsorship- prior to youth jersey’s order being submitted, a full refund can be provided. If terminated after order is submitted, no refund will be provided
  • in the Silver and Bronze Sponsorship- a refund will only be provided if the event has not already been held.


If the Advertiser chooses to terminate this agreement before the end of term, no refunds will be provided

PROPERTY

The Client agrees that any signage/website artwork created by the Advertiser is the property of the Advertiser.

The Client will have final agreement in signage/website artwork created by the Advertiser.

DISPUTES

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to work towards a resolution that both parties can agree upon. 

If both parties cannot agree on a resolution, a termination of this agreement by the Advertiser will result in the outcome
